The location is marvelous and stunning for walking around the spandrel segmental arch bridge. The breakfast had a wide range of options. The staff were all attentive and provided impeccable service.

it had an incredible location really close to all the main attractions of florence as well as florence. there was a michelin-starred restaurant nearby. the room was absolutely fantastic, immaculate and included a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe. exceptional view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel's central location made it easy to access all the major sightseeing spots. it was conveniently situated near the city center, museums, and the Duomo. We were upgraded to a superior queen room, which was equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a TV.

I booked a room for 3 people, I realized from the reviews that there would be no view of the river. I was ready for it. room is in a high tower. It's comfortable, it's clean. clean venue... There's a special small parking lot near the entrance for the suitcases. Next, car is parked by the staff themselves and returned by them... After the car is checked out, you don't have to pick it up right away, they will give it back when you feel comfortable. At breakfast there are Russian-speaking waiters who explain that it is possible to order a hot menu. Breakfast is delicious and varied. staff is friendly...

It's a pity the TV doesn't connect to your smartphone via smart tv. There are many channels, but it's not interesting to watch them... Right in front of the bed headboard there's a window with only a thin tulle on it. It's got a hallway window across the hall all night. You only notice that when all the room lights are off. It doesn't sound important, but it's been keeping you awake. All the other windows in the room don't let in any light, it's fine.

The breakfast choices are very good with cheese and ham. The staff are very friendly and attentive, managing the nearby parking. Its location is wonderful, close to Ponte Vecchio, the river, shops, and the shopping area – just a 10-minute walk away.

The staff was very helpful and quick to arrange reservations (including same day for Cibreo), tours, and other items.

I just have to get used to how small European hotel rooms are in general. Also, the bathtub/shower could have been a little easier to access.

The rooms with a balcony had a peaceful vibe. The staff were all highly trained and top-notch. The hotel is conveniently situated in a central area close to the town center, transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Trattoria Mamma Gina is located right at the venue for a convenient lunch option.

The rooms here are upscale, exceptionally nice, with beautiful art, and the central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the area.
